Creme Brûlée French Toast, Thick Slices of Ciabatta Bread with a Grand Marnier Custard and Oven Baked Till Golden Brown. 

Sweet Potato Hash, Fried Potatoes with Sautéed Onions, Ground Italian Sausage & Fried Eggs.

Eggs Benedict with Fresh Hollandaise Sauce, Fried Potatoes or Arugula Salad. Choice of Traditional Canadian Bacon Benedict, Crab Cake Benedict, Sliced Turkey & Avocado Benedict, Sautéed Mushroom & Baby Kale Benedict, Sliced Smoked Ham Benedict, or Sliced Fillet Benedict.

Sausage Breakfast Sandwich. Warm Flaky Biscuits Filled with Sausage Patty, Scrambled Egg and Melted Cheddar Cheese. Served with Coconut Oil Fried Potatoes

Open Faced Prosciutto Sandwich, Toasted Ciabatta Bread with Thin Slices of Prosciutto, Baby Arugula and Poached Eggs.
